Introduction to Formulation with Tatum and Munna
Join Tatum and Munna as they discuss the various aspects of formulation including why we formulate and how the categories and energetics of herbs apply to formulation. After their discussion of the foundations, they will each go through a general tea and tincture formula to improve overall digestion which will demonstrate their different approaches to formulation.
